The Pirate Lord of Zhengheim, Hamnefi the Icefist he also serves as the practical patron of Harrogate in place of its rightful named Lord, Tanis Dreadwhisper. He has served as a High Captain and led the port of Zhengheim for the past two decades. His promotion to the role was initially contentious since he had only become captain of the Icetide Stalker five years prior, but his role in defending Harrogate from an attack led by General Chuseong cemented his position.
Reputation
A stern and serious bear, Hamnefi is not known for a sense of humor. He leaves matters of crew morale to his First Mate, Cerelia Windweaver. The Icetide Stalker primarily participates in defensive maneuvers against encroaching warships from Kamangara or Lintu with only occasional harassment of merchant vessels and seaports during the summer months. He keeps his influence over Harrogate minimal, usually serving only as an arbiter when required.
