Captain Hamnefi's right hand man, Cerelia helps to run The Icetide Stalker and helps her captain with his administration duties for the ports of Zhengheim and Harrogate. She has served with Hamnefi for the past ten years, ever since he saved her from a shipwreck.

A friendly and bubbly elf with a beautiful singing voice, Cerelia is quite approachable and many people consider her to be as reliable and earnest as an open book, but somehow manages to avoid talking about herself. She loves nature, seems eternally optimistic and kind. Cerelia doesn't seem like much of a pirate, but her crew and captain keep her around so she must be good for something.

While in Harrogate, she was kidnapped by Johnny Longhands, Speaker Byssandi's minion, and was rescued by the crew of the Gaping Maw. She later became romantically involved with Hamnefi after Captain Bammon gave the polar bear a Circlet of Human Perfection.
